We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied there are lots of ways we can help.

Returns

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging (with the tags)
  • In a resaleable condition
  • With its proof of purchase
  • You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account* (depending on your bank’s T&C).

Exchanges

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we’re unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method during 14 days from the moment of purchase.

If you paid on card, refunds can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, start by checking our Product Support site which is full of useful information and our aftersales helpline. We may be able to solve your issue, have your item replaced or send a spare part.

If you do need to return an item, you can take it to any Hom Me store or arrange a Delivery service*.

Things to note:

  • We might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was supplied by us.
  •  Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.

How long will refund take:

If you return your item(s) back to a Hom*me store you made a purchase from, we can trigger a refund immediately. But it may take 5-7 days for your bank to process it into your account.

If you paid by cash – you’ll be refunded in store using the original payment method.

If you return your item(s) via a home collection or post, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the money back to your account, but all refunds will be processed within 14 days. Cost of home collection or post will be charged or  deducted from the refund.

All returned goods must be in line with our returns policy, these products will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Do I have to return to the Store I bought it from?

Yes, you do, due to the latest regulation of TAX statutory, we are unable to proceed with a refund for a purchase made in another store.

Looking for an exchange? We can do this for most items but first check and reserve a replacement item online, to make sure we have it in stock.

Will you pay extra for delivery exchange? We won’t charge you any extra for any exchange made within 14 days from the moment of purchase, but you will have to pay for the delivery service.
